Mark Keck President/CEO


As President and CEO of Folium Inc, Mark casts the vision and guides the imprint and impact of the organization across Pennsylvania.  Since joining the company in 1991, Mark has served in many capacities from Outpatient Therapist, Teacher and Van Driver to Program Coordinator and Director of Alternative Education. 

In 2000, Mark completed a Masters Degree in Secondary School Counseling at Shippensburg University and in 2003 completed a certification in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy from the William Glasser Institute.   From 2003 to 2013, he held the credential of Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania until becoming CEO of the organization.  In March of 2016, Mark became a certified independent John Maxwell Leadership Coach. 

Positively influencing others through mentoring, counseling and coaching has been a calling and passion for Mark for over 30 years.  Having a small part in the forward shift in people’s lives has been an incredible reward.  Now as CEO, Mark views staff and leadership development as the next step in his personal and professional journey, to impact the lives of others both within and outside of the company.

Mark has been married to the love of his life, Robyn, for 27 years.  Their greatest blessing is time spent with their 2 daughters and with family.  Mark’s Christian faith has been a lighthouse showing the way forward through his personal and professional life.   When personal down time does occur, Mark enjoys golfing and fishing. 

Toby Fritz, M.S., M.B.A. Vice President/COO


Toby provides visionary leadership and strategic planning that connects people, energy and opportunity. He firmly believes that employees are the agency’s greatest asset and strengthens leadership throughout the agency by empowering, supporting, and developing internal talent. He is a proven leader with expertise in developing corporate strategy, solving complex problems, and inspiring goal achievement in cross-functional teams. He has an extensive record in creating, refining, and launching new services as well as a track record of developing marketing strategies that improve brand awareness, market share, and profitability. Over the course of more than 15 years in leadership, he has successfully led implementation of strategic initiatives through cultivating teamwork and collaborative partnerships.

Currently, as the Vice-President and Chief Operations Officer at Folium, Inc., Toby oversees the operations of a growing multi-million dollar organization. He envisioned and led the successful transition to new leadership and helped stabilize the agency after years of decline. He led efforts to restructure the corporation into four divisions with unique trade names all operating under a rebranded parent organization. Over the past five years, he has designed a series of initiatives to reorganize operational management, improve quality, and leverage sources of competitive advantage, which resulted in improved reputation and market share.

Previously, Toby worked since 2002 as a member of the senior leadership group. He has led development of new business segments and innovation within existing programs. He standardized operating systems and created the agency’s corporate compliance program. He guided selection and implementation of new software for behavioral health services and championed efforts to rebrand the behavioral health division, resulting in the launch of Laurel Life Services. Earlier, he started his career in the educational programs at Folium, Inc. after working in mental health services at psychiatric hospitals.

Toby holds an M.B.A. from Frostburg State University, an M.S. in Educational Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Shippensburg University. He is happily married to Staci, and they are proud parents of two daughters, including Savannah, a 2017 graduate of Harvard, and Cassidy, a member of the class of 2021 at The University of Virginia.

Michelle Mong, CPA CFO


Michelle has been working in the accounting field since graduation from FSU in 1993.  She began working in Public Accounting for approximately 5 years, and then worked as a Business Manager at WHAG TV in Hagerstown, MD for 11 years.  She then worked at a Hospital and at a Manufacturing facility for a few years before coming to Folium in 2013.

Michelle loves what she does here at Folium.  She feels  very fortunate to be able to work with a wonderful group of people who are so knowledgeable and admires how much they are helping other improve the quality of their lives.  We have spent the last three years identifying where we can save on expenses and maximize revenue.  Michelle's job is different every day and she thinks the company has so much potential.  Our opportunities are endless and Michelle is excited to see what the future holds for the Company!
